ItaliaAltruista – ItaliaAltruista is a network that helps the foundation of similar non-profit organisations in other Italian cities. ItaliaAltruista offers its knowledge and experience to support the set up of other onlus with the same aim, make volunteering easy.
RomAltruista, TriesteAltruista and BolognAltruista are already active, we are looking forward to helping other people who want to start similar projects in other cities.

Points of Light

MilanoAltruista is the first Italian affiliate member of Points of Light, the biggest volunteering network in the USA. Points of Light (previously known as HandsOn Network) was founded by President George H. W. Bush in 1990, as an independent and nonpartisan nonprofit organization, to boost and strengthen altruism.
Its mission is to inspire, empower and help people to take action to change the world. Points of Lights vision is a world where everyone has found a way to make a difference, creating healthy communities in a society where it’ easy to take action.
