I cannot login, what do I do?

If you are struggling with your login details, please double check them. If you don’t remember your password, please click on the ‘Forgotten password’ link. If you have any other problems, please let us know.

I have issues with the ‘Forgotten password’ link

If you have received the email to reset your password but you cannot manage to change it, you have probably clicked on the link on the reset password email more than once or you have waited too long before resetting your password. The link on the reset password email can be clicked only once and it expires in 5-10 minutes, so if you have clicked on the link twice or if you have waited more than 10 minutes before clicking on the link, you will need to click on ‘Forgotten password’ link again. After clicking on the link on the reset password email, you can keep the autogenerated password, or you can change it.

If you have asked for a new password but you haven’t received any emails, please check your junk and spam folders. If you haven’t received an email in 5-10 minutes, please contact us.

I want to donate some objects or furniture, what do I do?

You can use our service to donate objects, filling in the form on this link.  You will be contacted by us in 72 hours, and we will let you know if we have found an organization searching for the object you want to donate. Please keep in mind that we don’t have a storage room and we don’t deal with pick up or deliveries.
